Basil adds an interesting, fresh flavor to the concassé, but it can be omitted. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pineapple |
1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh basil |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. |
