This was in a magazine I get from my utility company about down home foods and I thought it looked really good! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups finely shredded cabbage |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/4 cup milk |
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
paprika, to taste |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salt over cabbage. 2. Combine mayo and milk; pour over cabbage. 3. Drain pineapple and fold into mixture. 4. Toss with fork to blend and chill. 5. Before serving, sprinkle paprika over the top. |
