A Bahamian cole slaw. Use any firm apple. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers |
1/2 cup diced apple |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 cup vinegar |
3 cups shredded cabbage |
1 cup shredded carrot |
3 slices pineapple |
Directions:
1. Combine green pepper, apple, salt, sugar, vinegar, and cabbage. Top with carrot and pineapple. |
