                    I got this recipe from Recipe Hall of Fame Quick and Easy Cookbook. My dad loves it, and it's super easy. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 1/2 cups sugar  |  
                                                4 eggs  |  
                                                1/2 cup butter, melted  |  
                                                1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple  |  
                                                1 cup flaked coconut  |  
                                                1 tablespoon vanilla  |  
                                                2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Make sure butter has cooled a little. 2. Mix sugar, eggs and butter. 3. Mix in pineapple, coconut and vanilla. 4. Pour into pie shells. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until done.                              |
