Pineapple-coconut Biscuits

A quick recipe for biscuits, the children can help with this on too.
Ingredients:
3 oz (90 g) flour
4 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) baking powder
4 oz (120g) low-fat dry milk
1 can 227g , drained, crushed pineapple, plus 4 tablespoons )60mi) juice
2 tablespoons (30ml) water
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract
4 teaspoons (20ml) desiccated coconut

Directions:
1. Preheat oven 180c / gas 4
2. Sift together the first 3 ingredients
3. Add remaining ingredients except for the coconut and mix well
4. Drop teaspoonsful of the mixture on to a none-stick baking sheet, allowing room for the biscuits to spread
5. Sprinkle biscuits with the coconut
6. Bake for 15 Min's or until lightly browned.
7. cool on wire rack.
