These are very good, I am not a leg person, so next time I will try it with bone-in breasts. Ingredients:
4 chicken legs with thigh |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
1/3 cup chopped onion |
1 cup crushed pineapple, unsweetened with juice |
1/4 cup raisins or 1/4 cup currants |
1/3 cup prepared orange juice, unsweetened |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Remove skin from chicken. 2. Pat dry with paper towel. 3. Brush with cooking oil. 4. Brown under broiler. 5. Place in small roaster. 6. Stir remaining 7 ingredients together in bowl. 7. Pour over chicken, cover. 8. Cook in 350 degree oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender. |
