PINEAPPLE CHEESE PIE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Candela Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1997. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
16 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed |
8 ounces crushed pineapple drained |
8 ounces pineapple chunks drained |
1 graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. With hand mixer or food processor blend cream cheese and crushed pineapple until smooth. 2. Stir in whipped topping and spread into pie crust. 3. Garnish with pineapple chunks and refrigerate 2 hours until firm. |
