I love the flauvour of pinepple and cheese. This is one of my old 'stand by' recipes. Ingredients:
125 g cream cheese |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
225 g crushed pineapple (well drained) |
Directions:
1. Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. 2. Add the sour cream and the crushed pineapple. 3. Blend well. 4. Serve well chilled. 5. Serve with potato crisps/chippies or savoury biscuits. 6. NOTE:. 7. Cook time is chilling time. |
