Pineapple-cheese Casserole |

This is another family favorite that I have made for many years. Ingredients:
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can pineapple tidbits with juice |
1/4 cup flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup sharpe cheddar cheese, grated |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
1 roll of ritz crackers, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Pour pineapple and juice in a baking dish. 2. Combine flour and sugar and spread over the pineapples. 3. Spread grated cheese over the flour mixture. 4. Spread ritz crackers over the cheese. 5. Drizzle the melted margarine over the crackers. 6. Bake for 30 minutes. |
