good dish for brunch buffet Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained |
1 cup sugar |
5 tablespoons flour |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 stack round, buttery crackers, crushed |
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish and layer in following order: pineapple, sugar-flour mixture, shredded cheese and cracker crumbs. 2. Drizzle melted butter over casserole. 3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly. |
