Quick and easy appetizer. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 cup crushed pecans |
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper |
2 teaspoons chopped onions |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. MIX cream cheese and add pineapple, pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. 2. Mix and form into ball. 3. Refrigerate overnight. 4. Serve with crackers. 5. NOTE: Have used no-fat or low fat cream cheese successfully. 6. Will not form ball, but makes a creamy spread. |
