Make a pineapple cheese ball for your next party and watch it quickly disappear! Serve with melba toast rounds, fat-free crackers, or raw veggies. Ingredients:
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded fat-free sharp cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper |
2 teaspoons grated onion |
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, well drained |
1/2 (8-ounce) package neufcha gtel cheese, softened |
1/2 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened |
2/3 cup chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill 30 minutes. 2. Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in chopped parsley, coating thoroughly. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with Melba toast rounds or fat-free crackers. |
