Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained |
3 tablespoons self-rising flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Put pineapple in small casserole dish. 2. Mix flour, sugar and cheese together and spread over pineapple. 3. Crush 3/4 sleeve Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick melted margarine. 4. Spread over flour mixture. 5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 6. Don't overbake. |
