I am not a veggie person, but have been looking for a way to get my veggie in. This is a good smoothie. Ingredients:
1/2 cup pineapple chunk |
1 cup soymilk (vanilla or regular) |
1 carrot, peeled and sliced |
1/3 cup pineapple juice |
honey |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. |
