This a quick dump type cake, witha cream cheese icing. Get ask to bring this to carry in's alot. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
med size can crushed pineapple with the juice |
icing |
1/2 cup butter |
8 oz cream cheese at room temp. |
11/2 cup powder sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a non greased 13x9 cake pan. Bake350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Mix icing ingredients while cake is baking. Ice cake while cake is still hot
