great pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
2 eggs |
2 tsp vanilla |
2 tsp baking soda |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained) |
frosting |
1 stick butter softened |
1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese |
2 cups powdered sugar |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix all cake ingredients together. 2. Pour into a 9 x 12 UNGREASED pan. 3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 4. Beat all frosting ingredients till smooth. 5. Cool and spread with cream cheese frosting. |
