Very moist... Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 large eggs |
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/4 cup butter |
1 (5 1/2 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 cup coconut |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Sift together flour, sugar and soda. 3. Mix in eggs and pineapple. 4. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°F or until done all the way through. 5. Place all icing ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. 6. Turn down heat and simmer for 4 minutes. 7. Pour icing over warm cake. |
