Came from a Highland, IN. church cookbook Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix |
4 eggs |
3/4 cup oil |
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding |
Directions:
1. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges (with juice) on medium speed for 2 minutes. 2. Pour into greased 9 x 12 pan. 3. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes, then let cool. 4. Whip together Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple. 5. Spread on top and refrigerate. |
