This dessert is a better than a chocolate brownie and has the cream cheese frosting of carrott cakes! You've got to try it to believe it. Ingredients:

2 c crushed pineapple, undrained |
2 c sugar |
2 c all-purpose flour |
2 t baking soda |
2 eggs |
1 t ground cinnamon |
1 c pecans or walnuts, chopped |
cream cheese frosting |
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened |
3/4 stick butter |
1 t vanilla extract |
1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 2. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, flour, soda, eggs, cinnamon, and nuts; mix well. 3. Pour into a greased and floured 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan. 4. Bake 35 minutes. 5. Cool 6. Spread cream cheese frosting over brownies and chill. 7. For frosting: 8. cream cheese and butter together 9. add vanilla, sugar and mix until creamy. |
