8 ounces coleslaw mix |
1 cup fresh pineapple chunk |
1 cup broccoli floret |
2 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds |
1 tablespoon green chili, diced |
1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing |
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, pineapple, broccoli, sunflower seeds and green chiles. 2. Add dressing and red pepper flakes and toss. Toss again before serving. |
