Pineapple Breadcrumb Dressing |

This was my great aunt's recipe. She always served it with ham. Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
4 whole eggs |
15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained |
5 slices bread, broken into crumbs |
Directions:
1. Cream the margarine and sugar together. 2. Add the eggs, pineapple and bread crumbs. 3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour in 1 1/2 quart casserole. |
