Pineapple Bread Pudding

Easy delicious and moist pineapple bread pudding.
Ingredients:
6 tbs unsalted butter,plus more for baking pan
3 large eggs
1/2 small fresh pineapple,cored and dicesd small(about 1-1/2 c)
2 tbs flour
1/2 c sugar
coarse salt
6 oz. rustic white bread,crusts removed,torn into 1/2 pieces(3 c)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a 2qt. baking pan. Place eggs,pineapple,flour,sugar and salt in pan and whisk to combine.
2. Scatter bread over pineapple mixture and drizzle butter on top.
3. Cook until golden brown,40 mins. Let cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature.(To store,cover and refrigerate,up to 2 days)
