1/4 lb butter, melted |
6 slices bread, cubed |
3/4 cup sugar |
4 eggs, beaten well |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Put cubed bread into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. 3. Add sugar to beaten eggs; add pineapple and stir well. 4. Add melted butter and mix again. 5. Pour mixture over bread cubes and stir to coat well. 6. Bake for 40-60 minutes. 7. This casserole is good with ham or served as a breakfast casserole. |
