Nicely sweet and coconutty. Try to use Amaretto di Saronno in this as your amaretto. I think it really makes a difference. Ingredients:
1 ounce coconut rum (can use parrot bay or malibu) |
1 ounce amaretto (i like amaretto di saronno) |
4 ounces pineapple juice |
ice (as needed) |
Directions:
1. Stir together rum, amaretto and juice and pour over ice. 2. Garnish with fresh fruit or a cherry, if desired. |
