Like a cobbler! Ingredients:
2(20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple-undrained |
2 to 3 cups blueberries(fresh or frozen) |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 box yellow cake mix |
2 sticks butter or margarine, melted |
1 cup chopped nuts |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Butter a 9X13 inch baking dish 3. Spread in layers the pineapple, blueberries, 3/4 cup sugar(Sprinkled on berries), dry yellow cake mix, melted margarine/butter, and nuts. 4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar on top. 5.
