3/4 cup almond milk (or substitute your favorite) |
1/2 cup pineapple chunk (fresh or frozen) |
1/2 banana, chunked |
1 scoop vanilla protein powder |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into a glass and enjoy. |
