Pineapple-Banana-Cherry Smoothie |

I just purchased a new smoothie machine and have been tinkering with recipes. This was this morning's and a real winner! Ingredients:
6 ounces orange juice |
1 banana, broken into 3 pieces |
4 ounces crushed pineapple, in it's own juice |
1 tablespoon soy protein, powder |
1/2 cup frozen cherries |
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, starting with liquids first and puree. 2. Serve in chilled glass. |
