I just purchased a new smoothie machine and have been tinkering with recipes. This was this morning's and a real winner!
Ingredients:
6 ounces orange juice
1 banana, broken into 3 pieces
4 ounces crushed pineapple, in it's own juice
1 tablespoon soy protein, powder
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, starting with liquids first and puree.
2. Serve in chilled glass.
