Ingredients:
3 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
2 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 cinnamon |
3 eggs |
1-1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
1-8oz can(s) crushed pinepple drained |
2 cup(s) mashed ripe bananas |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil and vanilla; add pineapple and bananas. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into two greased 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350* for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. 2. YIELD: 2 loaves |
