Pineapple Baked Chicken Breasts |

This is a great, delicious recipe. Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 cup drained crushed pineapple |
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In ungreased 9-inch square pan, place chicken, skin side up (I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts). 3. Brush with butter. 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. 6. Prepare glaze. 7. Pour over chicken breasts. 8. Return to oven and continue baking 30 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally until deep golden brown and tender. |
