Ingredients:
40 ounce(s) crushed pineapple |
1/3 cup(s) flour |
1/4 cup(s) melted butter |
1 cup(s) ritz cracker crumbs |
2 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar |
2/3 cup(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup of juice 2. Place pineapple in a greased 11x7 baking dish, sprinlkle with cheese 3. Combine the reserved juice sugar & flour pour over the cheese 4. Combine crumbs w/ melted butter and sprinkle over flour mixture 5. Bake 350 for 25 minutes |
