Pineapple Apricot Conserve |

Lovely, easy recipe. Sounds so good! Ingredients:
1 large pineapple, peeled, cored & cubed |
4 lbs apricots, pitted and quartered |
1 cup hot water |
5 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. Add water to sugar in stainless steel pan. Bring syrup to the boiling point. 2. Add prepared pineapple to syrup and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes. 3. Drop in apricots and boil 7 minutes, or until tender. 4. Have hot jars ready. Fill them with conserve, close and process. |
