This is good to aid indigestion. Lots of enzymes from the pineapple and the mint helps settle the belly from gas. Ingredients:
4 inches fresh pineapple |
1 fresh apple, seeded not peeled |
1/4 inch fresh ginger |
1 bunch fresh mint leaves |
Directions:
1. Start with ginger and mint pushing through with hopper follow with pineapple then apple. |
