Bacon wrapped pineapple appetizers Ingredients:
1 lb thick slab bacon |
16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice |
brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cut the length of the bacon in half. Open and drain the pineapple. Wrap each chunk of pineapple with a piece of bacon and use a toothpick to keep it wrapped. 3. Place the wrap on a metal baking tray with the pineapple facing up. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top. 4. Bake until bacon is cooked. Remove from pan and place on a warm plate or serving tray. |
