Pineapple Angel Food Cake |

This is another one of my mom's favorite... Great if you are watching your weight. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box angel food cake mix |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice |
1 (8 ounce) container light whipped topping |
1/2 cup flaked coconut |
Directions:
1. Lightly spray a 13x9-inch pan and use a paper towel to wipe. 2. Mix cake mix and pineapple in a glass or metal bowl on low speed until moistened. 3. Bake cake at 350° until center of cake springs back. 4. Cool. 5. Cover top of cake with whipped topping and sprinkle on coconut. 6. Refrigerate leftovers. |
