Ingredients:
1 mango
1/4 medium pineapple
2 stalks green onions
1 sweet green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 lemon
1/2 lime
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Directions:
1. Cut mango, pineapple, green onion and pepper into bite sized pieces.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir and place in refrigerator.
