Pineapple And Cucumber Salad |

A simple salad which can be serve with grill chicken, meat or prawns. Ingredients:
1/2 peel pineapple |
1 peel cucumber |
1 peel carrot |
1 onion, thinly sliced |
2 chilies, seeded and thinly sliced |
10 mint leaves, torn to small pieces |
1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves |
2 tbsp of lime juice |
2 tbsp of rice vinegar |
1 1/2 tbsp sugar |
salt |
Directions:
1. Cut pineapple, cucumber and carrots into 3 in long strips. 2. Put in a bowl. 3. dd in onion, chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, lime juice, vinegar and sugar. 4. Stir and mix well. 5. Add salt to taste. |
