Pineapple and Cottage Cheese 'salad' |

My absolute favorite at Grandma's, she only made it at Thanksgiving or Christmas. Can be served with a meal or as dessert. Ingredients:
1 (85 g) package jello gelatin (orange lemon or pineapple) |
1 (750 g) container cottage cheese |
1 (398 ml) can crushed pineapple, drained (discard juice) |
1 (16 ounce) container cool whip, large container partially thawed |
Directions:
1. Mix well, place in glass bowl chill in fridge 2-3 hours or overnight. |
