A gorgeous and indulgent smoothie - but totally healthy! Ingredients:
4 ice cubes |
1/4 fresh pineapple |
1 large banana |
1 cup juice (pineapple or apple or orange or whatever you have handy) |
Directions:
1. Put everything into a blender and blitz until all the ice cubes have been crushed. Poor into a large glass and drink through a straw - bliss! |
