Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) light corn syrup |
1/4 teaspoon(s) red food color |
1 cup(s) pineapple juice |
1 cup(s) light rum |
2/3 cup(s) canned cream of coconut (not coconut milk) |
1/2 cup(s) orange juice |
1/2 cup(s) half-and-half |
Directions:
1. )In shallow bowl or small plate,mix corn syrup and food color.2)Dip rims of chilled stemmed glasses,one at a time,into corn syrup mixture.3)Place glasses in freezer.4)In pitcher,stir pineapple juice,rum,cream of coconut,orange juice and half-and-half until blended.5)Serve over ice in chilled glasses. |
