Take a trip to the tropics with this pina colada-inspired parfait. It even makes a great breakfast when you need a sunny start to your day. - From Eating Well Magazine (prep time = cooking time). Ingredients:
1/3 cup reduced-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup crushed canned pineapple or 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges |
1 tablespoon toasted coconut |
Directions:
1. Top yogurt with pineapple (or mandarin oranges) and coconut. 2. Serve and enjoy! |
