...without all the saturated fats of coconut milk. If you like your smoothies more on the frozen side, measure out your pineapple and partially freeze.
Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons honey (can sub agave nectar)
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
2 -3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Blend all items together in a food processor or blender. Serve immediately.
