Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box angel food cake mix
20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon rum extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Pour into lined muffin tins.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
5. Cool for five minutes.
6. Transfer to cooling rack until completely cooled.
