Ingredients:
1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) light rum |
1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice |
1 pony (1 ounce) well stirred canned cream of coconut |
garnish: 1 maraschino cherry and 1 pineapple spear |
Directions:
1. In a blender, blend rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and 1 cup ice cubes until the drink is smooth. Pour the drink into a chilled old-fashioned glass. Garnish it with the cherry and the pineapple spear. |
