Don't know where this came from but thought it sounded good.
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1/2 cup pineapple chunk
1 vanilla instant breakfast drink mix
6 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients except ice in blender glass. Process mixture on HI until frothy and smooth. Add ice cubes. Crush. Drink. Makes about 2 cups.
