Don't know where this came from but thought it sounded good. Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
1/2 teaspoon rum extract |
1/2 cup pineapple chunk |
1 vanilla instant breakfast drink mix |
6 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients except ice in blender glass. Process mixture on HI until frothy and smooth. Add ice cubes. Crush. Drink. Makes about 2 cups. |
