When you want to eat a pina colada Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix |
1 can (12-16 oz) crushed pineapple, drained |
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk |
8 oz whipped topping |
2/3 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package 2. Mix 1/2 of the drained pineapple into cake mix 3. Bake according to cake package directions 4. When cake is done, remove from oven and poke holes in warm cake (I use the end of a wooden spoon). 5. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake. 6. Allow cake to cool. 7. Spread whipped topping over cake. Sprinkle coconut and remaining pineapple over top of cake. 8. Store refrigerated. |
