Ingredients:
2 ounces golden rum |
2 ounces coconut cream |
4 ounces pineapple juice |
2 or 3 ice cubes |
pineapple stick |
maraschino cherry |
Directions:
1. Combine the rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously, or whirl briefly in an electric blender. Put the ice cubes in a highball glass, add the liquid and garnish with the pineapple and cherry. |
