I have not tried this drink. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this recipe Diane The Curves magazine. Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces light rum |
1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice |
1/4 cup reduced-fat milk |
1/4 cup coconut water |
1 teaspoon coconut extract |
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener (1 packet) or 1 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender. 2. Process on high until slushy, about 30 seconds. 3. Pour into a tall glass. |
