This creamy cheese dip can do a second shift as a sandwich spread-a sandwich with whole wheat bread, that is. Ingredients:
3/4 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese |
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
dash of hot sauce |
1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese |
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained |
Directions:
