This is a great recipe for homemade pimiento cheese. My aunt gave me this recipe, she has been making it for years, it is so much better than the store bought stuff. I love this on bread, crackers and/or stuffed in celery. Read more . Enjoy Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese softened |
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese |
1 cup grated monterey jack cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
3 teaspoons mashed pimientos |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. With an electric mixer beat cream cheese until fluffy. 2. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. |
