Pillsbury Pear and Cranberry Cocktail |

This was a hit at our recent Christmas Eve dinner party. It's simple and delicious! The recipe is from a Pillsbury Thanksgiving-themed magazine. Ingredients:
2 cups cranberry juice |
3/4 cup vodka (pear-flavored) |
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
4 slices pears (for garnish) |
4 sprigs mint (for garnish) |
Directions:
1. In a pitcher, stir together cranberry juice, vodka, liqueur and lime juice. Put in fridge to cool for at least one hour. 2. When ready to serve, fill 4 glasses to brim with ice. Pour cocktail over ice. If too sweet, add additional lime juice. 3. Garnish each with pear slice and mint sprig. |
